Welcome to DR.COMEWIN. By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below — please read them before you check out.
1. About this site
This site is operated by DR.COMEWIN, selling dietary supplements made in our own factory. The content here is general information only and is not medical advice.
2. Orders and pricing
You will receive a confirmation email, but an order is only accepted once it ships. Prices are in US dollars. If a price is clearly wrong, an item is out of stock, or payment fails, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Promotions and coupon codes cannot be combined and are subject to their own rules.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal; we never store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit.
4. Shipping, duties and taxes
Dispatch times and carriers are shown at checkout. Cross-border orders may attract import duties or customs fees, payable by the recipient. Returned shipments caused by an incorrect address or refused delivery are also charged to the recipient.
5. Returns and refunds
Unopened products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons opened supplements cannot be returned unless they are faulty or arrived damaged (please send photos). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Health disclaimer
This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published here with a new date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
