We only collect what we need to take orders, ship parcels and answer support questions. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, a salted hash of your password), order and delivery details (recipient, phone, address), payment result data returned by our payment providers (never a full card number), and anything you send us (enquiries, reviews, newsletter sign-up).
2. How we use it
To process and ship orders, provide support and after-sales service, prevent fraud and abuse, and — only with your consent — send promotional email. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to hold your cart. The session cookie is HttpOnly, used only to identify you, and expires after 30 days or when you sign out.
4. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with partners needed to run the service, such as payment providers, carriers and our email provider. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Retention and security
Order records are kept as long as tax and after-sales needs require. Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes, never in plain text. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, though no transmission over the internet is perfectly secure.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Send requests through the contact page and we will handle them within a reasonable period.
7. Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us and we will delete anything we find.
8. Changes to this policy
Any update is published on this page with a new date. We will flag material changes on the site or by email.
